Valentine’s Day is to commemorate love and affection not only those who has someone special but can also be celebrated by everyone. It isn’t necessary to celebrate this day with someone but this could be an additional time to give love and affection to yourself.
Here are some of activities that can be done during Valentine’s Day:

  • Food tripping - This is always part of the list in celebrating Valentine’s Day either to eat alone, with friends or with your special someone. There is no down side with this because you can either enjoy it with your special someone or enjoy all the food by yourself.
  • Watch a movieThis is also one of the common ways to spend Valentine’s Day, watch a movie at home or at a cinema to get ideas from a romantic movie that you can do to your loved one. For those who are single, you can watch any movie that you like and treat yourselves for a great time. This is also to remind yourself that you can be happy on this special day even if you don't have that special someone and that it will come on the right time.
  • Go for a long drive or out of town trip - You can go alone, with your friends and family or as couple for a quick get-away from the stress their having in the city. For those who are single, this could be also an opportunity for them to meet someone to accompany them through Valentine’s Day or maybe longer.
  • HikingClimbing a mountain is one of the activities that can be done on Valentine’s Day or any other day. This can prove on couples how strong they are not only physically but also mentally in facing challenges because you’ll never know what will happen. For singles, this activity might also be a chance to reunite with yourself or maybe to unite with someone along the way.
  • Archery - Anyone can imitate the God of Love which is Cupid. With enough practice maybe you could hit the bulls-eye of the heart of the one you’re admiring. This could also be fun with couples to have an assessment with their partner’s concentration, if they are focused enough to hit right spot at your heart.
  • Go to a casinoThis activity must be done only by those who are at a legal age. You can gamble and take the risk in winning and impress your partner. Let your partner know that you bring good luck with you and for those who are single, win someone’s heart that cannot be bought by money.
